The Lost Trainer


Christopher was in Eterna Forest just taking a walk. He was listening to music, while thinking of what to do. He had already beat the elite four and the champion. Just recently he even caught Mespirt, one of the legendary lake pokemon. He had a strange habit of nicknaming all his pokemon. He nicknamed Mespirt Lucmew for it’s look of a Lucario and Mew put together. He has walked in this forest many times before and knew everything about it. As he walked lip syncing the song he saw something strange. “What the?” He saw a strange gap in the trees leading somewhere. “This wasn’t here yesterday.” He walked in the forest almost everyday, yet this was new. He looked around to see if anyone was around. No one. So he shrugged and walked in. The only light was the light from the entrance he came in and a strange light at the end. Chris took a few steps in then he heard a sound behind him. Trees grew almost instantly were the entrance was. “What…..I guess the way left is towards the light.” Chris sighed and started walking. He stopped a second to see if he could make out anything. Then a weird sensation struck his whole body. “What’s going on?” He started walking again against his will toward the end of this strange tunnel. As he walked he felt more and more strange. His whole body started feeling warm and it felt like his skin was crawling. He still couldn’t control walking and it was starting to get very scary. He was noticing everything getting bigger…..or was he getting shorter. His back then hurt like crazy. He still couldn’t stop walking though. Something was happening to him and he was very frightened. His hands seemed to be changing and now he was about half his size. He tried as hard as he could to look down and look at himself. When he finally did he saw a yellow fur covering his body. “What’s…..what’s happening to me?” Now his back really was forcing him down on to all fours. He fell to the ground yet he was still moving foreword. He even crawled out of his clothes now being too small to wear them. He looked at himself for a second at all the yellow fur and his new tail. He looked back up and found he was at the light. When he touched it there was a flash and he was knocked out.

After awhile of being out he stirred. “Huh…..what happened?” Chris said rubbing his head and still feeling the fur and his big ears. He looked at his hands surprised then his whole body. “I’m…….I’m a Pikachu.” “Of course you are.” The voice came from behind Christopher which made him jump. He looked to find Jirachi behind him. “Jirachi?” “Yup you wished to be a pokemon so I made it true and brought you to the world with no humans.” “No humans? So I’m the only one here like human.” Chris was very frightened. He did always wish to be a pokemon, but never was sure if his wish would come true. “No there were others out there.” “Really?” Chris said surprised. Jirachi nodded and flew away. Jirachi quickly yelled back. “ENJOY YOUR NEW LIFE!” Jirachi then disappeared from sight. Chris looked at himself again and whispered “Thank you.”
